I do a good bit of cycling when I have the chance to get out and about. I live where I can bike to the store or just for pleasure without having to drive somewhere first. That makes a huge difference as now I don't have to put my bike in my vehicle and drive somewhere to enjoy it.

I also live in a community that values their bike paths. I live within two miles of the start of two large bike paths. One is over 13mi one way, the other is over 20mi one way. I also use my bike to go shopping, as I have put a small rack and crate on the back along with a nice set of fenders (there will be more on that later as I update this site).
